Refund policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through Look What I Found are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that occasionally a product may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer a one-time exchange for the same item, subject to the conditions outlined below. Exchanges are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

A. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded and submitted as proof of the defect or damage. The video must meet all of the following criteria:

       The recording must begin before opening the sealed package.

       The outer packaging must be clearly visible in the video.

       The entire opening process must be shown without any cuts or edits.

       The defect or damage must be clearly displayed and identifiable in the video.

Important: Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

B. Reporting Timeline

       The unboxing video must be shared within 12–24 hours of delivery.

       All exchange requests must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery.

       The delivery date and time will be verified through courier tracking records.

Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved after review, the following process will apply:

       The defective or damaged item may need to be returned to us before a replacement is dispatched. Return shipping instructions will be communicated via email.

       The replacement will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

       You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement Delivery Timeline

Due to import sourcing and inventory cycles, delivery of the replacement item may take up to 45 days from the date of approval. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this replacement timeline.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

       Clearance Sale Items: All clearance sale items are final sale. No exchanges, no returns, and no warranty coverage applies.

       Pre-Order Items: Items purchased on pre-order basis are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

By purchasing clearance or pre-order items, you agree to these terms.

6. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange request, please send an email to us with the following details:

       Your order number.

       The unboxing video showing the defect or damage.

       Clear photographs of the defective or damaged item.

       A brief description of the issue.
