How do I switch between photo, video, and playback modes?

Press the Up button once to switch from photo to video mode, and again to enter playback. To return to photo mode from playback, long-press the Up button for 3–5 seconds. Simple, single-button cycling.

Can I transfer photos and videos to my computer?

Yes. Connect the camera to your PC via the included Type-C cable, select "Mass Storage Mode," and access the DCIM folder to copy your files. Works just like plugging in a USB drive.

Why don't my photos have the correct date and time?

You'll need to sync the time once via your computer. Connect the camera to your PC, go to the DCIM folder, and double-click the .bat file inside — this auto-syncs the camera clock to your system time. Restart the camera to apply.

Can it be used as a webcam for Zoom or Google Meet?

Yes. When connected to a PC via USB, the camera can function as a webcam for video calls and meetings.

What if the camera freezes or stops responding?

There's a dedicated Reset button on the body — press it to restore the camera if it ever malfunctions. No need to wait for the battery to drain.
